  • Service SLA: We aim to review and respond to all customer inquiries within 24 to 48 business hours.

Support Conduct Policy

We are dedicated to treating every customer with dignity, patience, and respect. Likewise, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy against staff abuse. Any communications containing profane, discriminatory, harassing, or threatening language toward our family support team will result in immediate termination of support services, potential cancellation of open orders, and account blacklisting.

Your privacy and digital safety are paramount. Aura True Beauty complies with international data privacy regulations (including GDPR and CCPA guidelines).

  • We DO NOT sell, rent, trade, or lease your personal data or email addresses to third-party brokers or marketing agencies under any circumstances.

Payment Data Security

All financial transactions are processed through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 256-bit encryption technology via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Aura True Beauty never stores, views, or holds raw credit card, debit card, or banking credentials on our servers.

Product Safety & Cosmetic Disclaimer

  • Cosmetic Intent: All devices offered by Aura True Beauty are intended strictly for personal, non-invasive aesthetic and cosmetic home use. They are not medical instruments and are not designed to treat, cure, or diagnose dermatological illnesses or medical conditions.

  • Usage Responsibility: Users must carefully review all included device manuals, charge instructions, and safety guidelines prior to use. Performing a skin patch test before full application is strongly advised.

  • Liability Limitation: Aura True Beauty assumes no liability for adverse reactions or skin sensitivities resulting from device misuse, pre-existing skin conditions, or non-compliance with product manuals.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

We welcome partnerships with verified retailers, aesthetic boutiques, salons, spas, and wholesale distribution partners worldwide.

Wholesale Application Process

  • All wholesale, corporate gift, and bulk purchase inquiries must be submitted directly to wholesale@auratruebeauty.com(or support@auratruebeauty.com with the subject line "Wholesale Inquiry").

  • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) and tiered wholesale pricing structures apply to all commercial accounts.

Reselling Restrictions & Brand Integrity

  • Unfair Marketplace Prohibition: Re-selling Aura True Beauty products on unauthorized third-party online marketplaces—including Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, or TikTok Shop—is strictly prohibitedwithout express written authorization signed by an authorized Aura True Beauty director.

  • MAP Compliance: Wholesale partners must strictly comply with our official Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) guidelines to preserve market integrity and brand value. Failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation of distributor privileges.

  • Accepted Payment Gateways

  • We accept major international credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are billed in EUR (€) unless specified otherwise by local currency selectors.

  • Currency Exchange & Bank Charges

  • If you purchase from outside our primary billing currency, your credit card issuer or bank will automatically apply their daily exchange rate and any applicable international transaction fees. Aura True Beauty is not responsible for foreign exchange rate fluctuations or administrative bank fees imposed by your card provider.

  • Billing Security & Fraud Protection

  • To safeguard our store and customers against fraudulent purchases:

  • Orders are subjected to automated anti-fraud security screening.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order where billing and shipping credentials show severe discrepancies or where risk scoring algorithms flag suspicious activity. Full refunds are issued immediately to the original payment method in such cases.

  • Chargeback & Dispute Prevention

  • Unjustified chargebacks, false claims of non-receipt, or fraudulent dispute filings will be vigorously contested. Aura True Beauty submits carrier tracking logs, delivery GPS timestamp verification, IP signatures, and customer communication histories directly to merchant processing banks during dispute resolution.
